Basic Health is $29.95 per month, that's just our medical benefits. If you want everything, medical and dental plus plans are combined with AmeriPlan® Total Health for $39.95 per month. Our premium service is $59.95 per month and includes Total Health plus our auto club, identity theft assistance, and legal services.
